FAQ
Can I bring a cake? Yes, you can! Or we have a supplier that delivers ready for the party.
Can I bring extra food? Yes, you can!
Can I bring party bags, balloons, pinata or pass the parcel? Yes, you can or we can arrange instead.
Do you cater for dietary requirement? To the best of our ability with our snacks included. i.e. gf popcorn however, you're welcome to bring your own.
Do you have plates, cups, napkins, cutlery etc.? Yes, we do! We even have candles if you forget :)
Can parents drop and go? Yes, we encourage parents to drop off.
Where can the parents sit? We allow 4 max adults in the party room but have a coffeeshop with seating and a viewing screen out the front to sit and watch, you're also welcome to bring adult snacks if you like.
When do you need to know final numbers? You will receive an email 3 days prior to the event checking in on guest confirmations or if there's any further requirements. (Please check spam)
What games do you play? Leave the entertainment up to us as we have multiple games ready to suit any group of children.
How do I pay? We take a $50 deposit when booking then remaining payment is due on the day and you will only be charged for however many guests participate.
